Beth Phan is an Asian-American writer. She holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts from the University of Baltimore and an M.S. in Mass Communication from Towson University. Her work has appeared in Baltimore Fishbowl and other local travel publications. Phan lives with her dog in the city of Baltimore — and likes it.
